Stephen Ford MILT MRICS (CEO Founder) 
Bluefin Living has Stephen Ford as its principal CEO. Stephen recognises the breath of diversity needed within his team to produce wide ranging solutions for both local authorities and the private sector use of starter homes, retirement homes and emergency homes. In order to satisfy that requirement, he has drawn together a team of collective experience and expertise as priority consultants to Bluefin Living.

Stephen is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Stephen was a former Land and Partnership consultant for Keepmoat Regeneration before being bought over by Engie which he was part of large scale regeneration projects.

Stephen works closely with The University of Birmingham on ARLI Projects developing new technology to enhance smarter homes through CIAMM ( Centre for Innovation in Advanced Measurement in Manufacturing ).

Stephens responsibility are to identify oportunities and structure long term relationships and build a strong team to lead and bring Bluefin Living to the next generation of truly affordable energy efficiency smart homes.

Tracy Reid BSC HONS (Project Director)  

Tracy has managed Projects ranging from £500,000 – £72 million from Land acquisition, construction through to the sale of the development. These Projects have included both new build and refurbishment in the residential, Commercial and educational sectors.

Tracy is a Chartered Project Manager Surveyor and a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Chartered Institute of Builders and The Association of Project Managers. Tracy has worked on various complicated and challenging educational Projects. Tracy has also acted as Project Manager and Contract Administrator on numerous of large and small scale projects.

Tracy’s responsibilities include full management of the Project including applications for planning approval, cost consultancy, monitoring works in progress, monitoring against programme and budget, signing off completed works and agreeing final accounts and all other matters relating to contract administration.

Tracy has a vast experience in construction management and have had Responsibility for the delivery of Projects from inception to completion including design, contract administration and legal issues associated with the works including Party Wall Awards, Planning Applications and Building Control approval and a very strong background in estates management and surveying, in particular stock condition surveys, domestic energy performance certificates, home buyers reports and all forms of valuation and has been involved in partnering contracts including the NEC 3, Engineering and Construction Contract, and the PPC 2000 Partnering Contract for contract values in excess of £60m.
